Care Partners
At Care Around the Block, caregivers are recognized as essential in our clients' aging journey, earning the title of Care Partner. Our goal is to diligently match every client with an ideal Care Partner to accompany them on their aging journey.
All of our Care Partners pass a background check and drug screen before being hired and undergo a thorough training program. Training is what sets Care Around the Block apart. All of our Care Partners complete individualized training plans and learn adequate hands-on skills in our in-person Skills Lab before ever entering the client's home. We require ongoing training for our employees and have monthly educational meetings with a core focus.
Training is facilitated and overseen by our integrated team of home care professionals, Aging Life Care Managers®, and licensed nurses. Our team offers ongoing support to everyone involved.
