Founder Mary Wegman

Founder
Mary Wegman, RN, BSN, CCM

Mary's journey in healthcare began as a CNA and evolved over 30 years as a Registered Nurse.

 

She noticed a need for Care Management in the community which led her to start Choices in Senior Care, CAB's parent company. Later on, she expanded the business to start offering caregiving services, too.

Mary is committed to holistic care and that shows through her continuous innovation and dedicated team of care providers.

Abbey holds a BA from Goucher College and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. ​

 

With a background in clinical research study start-up and hospital administration, she knows the importance of business operations to make health-centered organizations succeed in their mission.

 

Nothing gives her greater joy than finding solutions which allow our team to focus on what we do best - caring for people.

COO Casey Rausin

Chief Operating Officer
Casey Rausin, RN, CCM

Casey received her nursing degree from LMU in 2008 and has been a Board Certified Care Manager since 2014.

 

She collaborates closely with clients, families, and care teams to enhance each client's unique aging experiences.

 

With over a decade of experience, her passion lies in enabling seniors to age in their chosen environment while preserving dignity & independence and, above all, prioritizing client happiness.

Stacy Adelman

CAB Program Manager

Stacy Adelman, RN, BSN

Stacy graduated from nursing school in 1999 and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. The majority of her nursing career was spent in the emergency department, specializing in acute and critical care nursing, as well as home health and care management.

Stacy now serves clients & their families at CAB by leading the Care Managment team and assisting with Care Partner training, ensuring clients are receiving the best care possible 

Sales Training and Recruiting Manager Sarah Polakiewicz

Sarah Polakiewicz

Sarah has over twelve years of experience in the field of healthcare and geriatric care.

 

Before becoming the Sales Training and Recruiting Manager, she was the Community Relations Director of two different assisted living facilities. 

Her favorite part of her position is meeting new people and learning about them. She enjoys helping people find resources and appropriate care, improving their quality of life and happiness
