Or will there be daily communication with a Registered Nurse or supervisor to ensure the client is getting the best possible care? Will you have support in the field and someone to turn to in a time of difficulty or to share a positive outcome? Will you be provided with continuing education to advance your knowledge of Caregiving and be able to grow as an individual?
